The invention discloses a self-adaptive guide wheel device for a railway vehicle and a design method thereof. The guide wheel device includes: a guide wheel which is matched with a rail in a guiding mode, an axle which is installed on the guide wheel, a base which is connected with a vehicle body, and a plurality of shock absorber assemblies which are connected between the axle and the base, wherein the shock absorber assemblies are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the wheel shaft and are obliquely arranged and stretch out and draw back and/or swing between the axle and the base alongwith movement of the vehicle body so as to adapt to the operation working condition, so that the guide wheel and the rail are kept in guide fit, the axle is supported to be vertically arranged, and the guide wheel is prevented from inclining. The guide effectiveness of the guide wheel is improved; the service life of the guide wheel is prolonged, the self-adaption of the guide wheel relative to the rail is realized, the compression abrasion or inclined eccentric abrasion of the guide wheel due to rail bending, inclination or vehicle body ascending is reduced, the guide reliability of the guide wheel is higher, the inclination angle of the vehicle body is limited, the excessive inclination of the vehicle body is prevented, and the driving safety is improved.

    轨道车辆用自适应型导向轮装置及其设计方法,包括与轨道导向配合的导向轮、安装在导向轮上的轮轴、与车体连接的底座和连接在轮轴与底座之间的减振器组件,其特征在于所述的减振器组件的数量为多个且对称设置在轮轴两端,减振器组件倾斜设置,减振器组件随车体的运动而在轮轴和底座之间伸缩和/或摆动以适应运行工况,使导向轮与轨道保持导向配合并支撑轮轴保持沿垂向设置,以阻止导向轮倾斜。本发明提高导向轮的导向有效性,并延长导向轮的使用寿命,实现导向轮相对于轨道的自适应,减小导向轮因轨道弯曲、倾斜或车体上升,而受压磨损或倾斜偏磨,导向轮的导向可靠性更高,对车体的倾斜角度进行限位,防止车体过分倾斜,提高行车安全性。
