The guide wheel comprises a guide wheel main body, wherein guide wheel side plates are formed on two side surfaces of the guide wheel main body; a guide wheel bracket, wherein the guide wheel bracket is connected with the guide wheel main body througha guide wheel shaft; and an anti-jumping groove rod, wherein the end part of the anti-jumping groove rod is connected with the guide wheel bracket, and the anti-jumping groove rod is parallel to the guide wheel shaft and is arranged in front of the guide wheel main body. The guide wheel further comprises a gasket surrounding the wheel face of the guide wheel main body, and the distance between thegasket and the axis of the guide wheel main body is variable. The distance between the outer edge of the guide wheel bracket and the axis of the guide wheel main body is larger than the maximum distance between the outer edge of the gasket and the axis of the guide wheel main body. According to the guide wheel, the structure of a balance rope guide wheel is improved, when sundries fall into the guide wheel, through the change of the distance between the gasket and the axis of the guide wheel main body, a sufficient gap is formed between a balance rope and the anti-jumping groove rod so that the balance rope can normally pass, and stable operation of a hoisting system is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种柔索自适应导向轮及其导向方法,属于矿井提升技术领域。导向轮包括,导向轮主体,其两侧面形成有导向轮侧板;导向轮支架,其通过导向轮轴与导向轮主体连接;防跳槽杆,其端部与导向轮支架连接,防跳槽杆与导向轮轴水平并置于导向轮主体前方;还包括衬垫,其环绕于导向轮主体的轮面上,衬垫与导向轮主体轴心的距离可变;导向轮支架外边缘至导向轮主体轴心的距离大于衬垫外边缘至导向轮主体轴心的最大距离。本发明的导向轮对平衡绳导向轮的结构进行改进,出现杂物跌入时,通过衬垫到导向轮主体轴心的距离变化,使得平衡绳与防跳槽杆有足够的间隙让平衡绳正常通过,保证提升系统的平稳运行。
