The invention discloses a novel pneumatic transfer robot which is simple in structure and high in stability, and relates to the field of fluid transmission and control innovation. The whole air pressure driving type carrying robot is mainly composed of a mechanical structure, a pneumatic system and a PLC control system. The mechanical structure comprises a steering mechanism, a moving mechanism and a clamping carrying mechanism. The robot is simple in mechanical structure, the legs are arranged in a triangular shape, and the action stability is high; the pneumatic driving cost is low, the action is reliable, and heating and pollution are avoided; PLC control operation is convenient, and the leg structure can ensure that the transfer robot body is always parallel to the ground. The novel pneumatic carrying robot is low in overall manufacturing cost, capable of stably clamping and carrying along a fixed track and high in practicability.
本发明公开一种结构简单且稳定性高的新型气动搬运机器人,涉及流体传动与控制创新领域。该气压驱动型搬运机器人整机主要是由机械结构、气动系统和PLC控制系统组成,机械结构包括转向机构、移动机构和夹持搬运机构。本发明机械结构简单,腿部排列方式成三角形、动作稳定性高;气压驱动成本低,动作可靠,不发热无污染;PLC控制操作方便,腿部结构可以保证搬运机器人主体与地面始终平行;本发明的新型气动搬运机器人整机制作成本低,能够沿着固定轨迹进行平稳夹持搬运,实用性强。
