The invention discloses a buckle-type rapidly disassembled and assembled flapping wing mechanism. The flapping wing mechanism comprises a rack, a U-shaped clamping base, a counter bore abutting plate,a pair of wings, a pair of connecting rods, a pair of cranks, a power output shaft, a pair of wing main beam supports and a pair of wing auxiliary beam supports. A buckling mechanism is designed by utilizing the wing main beam supports, the wing auxiliary beam supports and the rack so that the wings are convenient to disassemble and assemble under conditions that more parts are not added and flying performance of the wings of a flapping-wing air vehicle is not influenced, and portability of the flapping-wing air vehicle is improved. The flapping wing mechanism is simple in structure and highin reliability, the wings can be disassembled and stored on the premise that the structural strength is not affected, a storage space is saved, and meanwhile the flapping-wing air vehicle can be rapidly installed, deployed and used; and used fasteners can be disassembled and assembled by using the same internal hexagonal screwdriver so that the wings of the flapping-wing air vehicle can be rapidlydisassembled and assembled under the condition that special tools are not added.

    本发明公开了一种卡扣式快速拆装的扑翼机构,包括机架、U型卡座、沉孔抵板、一对翅膀、一对连杆、一对曲柄、动力输出轴、一对翅膀主梁支座、翅膀副梁支座。本发明利用翅膀主梁支座、翅膀副梁支座与机架设计一个卡扣机构,在不增加较多零件和不影响扑翼飞行器翅膀飞行性能的情况下,方便翅膀拆装,提高扑翼飞行器的便携性。本发明结构简单,可靠性高,能在不影响结构强度的前提下对翅膀实现拆卸收纳节约存放空间的同时,能够对扑翼飞行器进行快速安装部署使用;且所用的紧固件都可用同一把内六角螺丝刀进行拆装,在不增加特殊工具的情况下,完成扑翼飞行器翅膀的快速拆装。
