The invention discloses a split type composite material propeller blade connecting structure. The structure comprises an inner propeller hub, an outer propeller hub and blades, wherein the outer propeller hub is installed on the outer side of the inner propeller hub, the outer propeller hub is formed by splicing a plurality of outer propeller hub modules, each outer propeller hub module is composed of a base and a pressing block, grooves matched with the pressing blocks and the blade roots are formed in the side face, away from the inner propeller hub, of the base, the blade roots are embeddedbetween the base and the pressing blocks, and the pressing blocks, the blades and the base are connected through fastening bolts. The invention further discloses an assembling method of the split type composite material propeller blade connecting structure. The propeller blade connecting structure is assembled by adopting the method; the roots of the blades are embedded between the base and the pressing block, then the pressing block, the blades and the base are sequentially connected through the fastening bolts, the blade fixed connection assembly with higher interchangeability and integrityis formed, the fit clearance between the blades and the propeller hub is reduced, the rigidity of the blade connection structure is improved, and therefore the rigidity of the overall structure of the propeller is improved.

    本发明公开了一种分体式复合材料螺旋桨叶片连接结构,包括内桨毂、外桨毂和叶片,外桨毂安装在内桨毂外侧,外桨毂由多个外桨毂模块拼接组成,外桨毂模块由基座和压块组成,基座远离内桨毂的侧面上开设有与压块和叶片根部相配合的凹槽,叶片根部嵌入在基座和压块之间,压块、叶片和基座通过紧固螺栓连接。本发明还公开了一种分体式复合材料螺旋桨叶片连接结构的装配方法,采用该方法装配的螺旋桨叶片连接结构,其中的叶片根部嵌入在基座和压块之间,再采用紧固螺栓依次连接压块、叶片和基座,形成互换性和整体性更高的叶片固连组件,减小了叶片与桨毂的配合间隙,提高了叶片连接结构的刚度,从而提高螺旋桨整体结构的刚度。
