The invention discloses a variable pitch propeller blade and propeller hub connecting structure which comprises a propeller root tensioning inner sleeve, a propeller hub tensioning inner sleeve, a propeller blade tensioning outer sleeve and a propeller blade tensioning outer sleeve. The propeller root outer sleeve is arranged on the propeller root tensioning inner sleeve in a sleeving mode, and the propeller root outer sleeve is provided with a needle bearing and a thrust cylindrical roller bearing in a sleeving mode, and the needle bearing and the thrust cylindrical roller bearing are in tight fit with mounting holes in the propeller hub; the locking sleeve is arranged on the paddle root in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with one side of the paddle root outer sleeve in a threaded mode. According to the invention, the blade root can be stably connected with the propeller hub through the propeller root inner sleeve, the propeller root outer sleeve, the locking sleeve and the propeller hub, and the propeller root outer sleeve is matched with the needle bearing and the thrust cylindrical roller bearing, so that the blade bending moment and the centrifugal force can be borne. The connecting structure is few in parts, simple in structure, easy to assemble and capable of greatly improving the assembling efficiency of the propeller blades and the propeller hub.

    本发明公开了一种变距螺旋桨桨叶与桨毂的连接结构,包括:桨根涨紧内套,桨根涨紧内套套设在桨根上;桨根外套,桨根外套套设在桨根涨紧内套上,且桨根外套上套设有与桨毂上的安装孔紧配合的滚针轴承和推力圆柱滚子轴承;锁紧套,锁紧套套设在桨根上,且与桨根外套一侧螺接固定连接。该发明中的桨叶根部由桨根内套、桨根外套和锁紧套与桨毂可实现稳固的连接结构,并且桨根外套配合装配滚针轴承与推力圆柱滚子轴承,可承受桨叶弯矩以及离心力作用。该连接结构零部件少、结构简单、易于装配,可大大提高桨叶与桨毂的装配效率。
