The invention discloses a composite propeller blade and a preparation method thereof. The blade comprises a metal blade root and an embedded composite material blade, a D-shaped main bearing beam, a light core material and a carbon fiber filling body are sequentially arranged along the cross section of the blade, the outer surface of the blade is a full-wrapping skin, the metal blade root comprises a blade root inner sleeve and a blade root outer sleeve, and the blade root inner sleeve and the blade root outer sleeve are connected with the blade root outer sleeve through bolts and/or bonding. An inverted wedge structure is arranged between the paddle root inner sleeve and the paddle root outer sleeve, and a composite layer formed by the paddle D-shaped main bearing beam and the skin extends and is filled in the double inverted wedge structure. The root of the blade and the paddle root form a mechanical interlocking structure, so that the influence of transverse tension on a paddle skin material can be effectively dispersed. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the prepreg is laid layer by layer in a staggered manner to form an integrated structure, so that the bearing threshold of the bearing beam to centrifugal force and pneumatic bending moment during rotation is effectively improved, and the performance requirement of a propeller on the main bearing beam under extreme working conditions is effectively met.

    本发明公开了一种复合材料螺旋桨叶片及其制备方法。该叶片包括金属桨根和嵌入式复合材料桨叶,沿桨叶横截面依次为D型主承力梁,轻质芯材和碳纤维填充体,桨叶外表面为全包裹蒙皮,金属桨根包括桨根内套和桨根外套,二者通过螺栓和/或粘接与桨根外套连接,桨根内套与桨根外套之间设有倒楔结构,桨叶D型主承力梁和蒙皮所形成的复合层延伸填充于双倒楔结构中。该叶片的根部与桨根形成机械互锁结构,可有效分散横向拉力对桨叶蒙皮材料的影响。本发明所提供的制备方法采用预浸料逐层交错铺层为一体式结构,有效提高承力梁在旋转时对离心力和气动弯矩的承受阈值,有效满足极端工况下螺旋桨对主承力梁的性能要求。
