The invention discloses a lightning protection composite material propeller blade and a preparation method thereof. The blade comprises a paddle and a paddle root, each paddle sequentially comprises a light core material, a force bearing beam layer, a skin layer, an isolation layer and a lightning protection layer from inside to outside. The outer surface of the skin layer is entirely paved or wrapped with the lightning protection layer, the lightning protection layer and the skin layer are integrally cured and formed, the paddle root comprises a paddle root inner sleeve and a paddle root outer sleeve, the paddle root inner sleeve is connected with the paddle root outer sleeve through a bolt and/or bonding, a double-inverted-wedge structure is arranged between the paddle root inner sleeve and the paddle root outer sleeve, and the front edge and the tip end of the paddle are further provided with front edge wrapping iron. And one end, far away from the front edge cladding iron, of the blade extends and is filled in the double-inverted-wedge structure. The preparation method of the blade adopts a lamination hot press molding process, effectively ensures integral curing molding of the blade and firm blade surface bonding, has the advantages of simple molding process, high reliability and the like, and can greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the composite material propeller blade.

    本发明公开了一种防雷击复合材料螺旋桨叶片及其制备方法。该叶片包括桨叶和桨根;所属桨叶由内向外依次为轻质芯材、承力梁层、蒙皮层、隔离层和防雷击层;防雷击层整铺或包裹于蒙皮层外表面,与蒙皮层一体固化成型,桨根包括桨根内套和桨根外套,桨根内套通过螺栓和/或粘接与桨根外套连接,桨根内套与桨根外套之间设有双倒楔结构,桨叶的前缘和桨叶的尖端还设有前缘包铁,桨叶远离前缘包铁的一端延伸填充于双倒楔结构中。该叶片的制备方法采用叠层热压成型工艺,有效保证了叶片的一体固化成型,叶面粘接牢固,具有成型工艺简单,可靠性高等优点,能大幅降低复合材料螺旋桨叶片的维护成本。
