The invention discloses an urban road network structure optimization platform based on traffic dynamic monitoring information, which comprises a server and a management mobile terminal, and is characterized in that the server comprises a road information collection module, a wireless information transceiving module, a platform management module and a database; the management mobile terminal further comprises a control module; the system also comprises a network architecture imaging graph. According to the invention, the road information collection device feeds back the acquired information tothe server side; carrying out color marking on each road on the network architecture imaging graph; and road segment marking, the horizontal angle between the road information collection device and the installation position of the road information collection device is adjustable; data collection in a large range can be achieved, a platform management module of the server can control signal lamps,If each intersection has traffic police or managers, the mobile terminal can request control authority to control the signal lamps of the road section where the intersection is located.

    本发明公开一种基于交通动态监控信息的城市路网结构优化平台,包括服务器端和管理移动端,服务器端包括道路信息采集模块、无线信息收发模块、平台管理模块以及数据库;管理移动端还包括控制模块,还包括网路架构成像图,本发明由道路信息采集装置将采集到的信息反馈到服务器端,将网路架构成像图上的各个道路进行颜色标记,以及路段标记,由于道路信息采集装置与其所安装位置的水平角度可调,能够实现较大范围的数据采集,服务器的平台管理模块可以进行对于信号灯的控制,且每个路口若具有交警或管理人员,可以通过移动端请求控制权限对于所在路段的信号灯进行控制。
