The method comprises the following steps: acquiring monitoring multivariate heterogeneous data through monitoring equipment distributed on an urban road network, and preprocessing the monitoring multivariate heterogeneous data based on calibration parameters and time-space synchronization information of the monitoring equipment to obtain target multivariate heterogeneous data; performing feature extraction on the target multivariate heterogeneous data to obtain multi-dimensional semantic feature representation; based on the multi-dimensional semantic feature representation, carrying out attribute recognition on vehicles on the urban road network through a cascaded classification regression algorithm to obtain vehicle recognition data; and carrying out parameter extraction on space-time trajectory data of the vehicle based on the vehicle identification data to obtain urban road network parameter data. According to the scheme, the accuracy of vehicle identification and urban road network parameter extraction is improved.
