The invention discloses a multi-degree-of-freedom vibration isolator and a vibration isolation system. The multi-degree-of-freedom vibration isolator comprises a sealing cover, first axial metal rubber, first radial metal rubber, second axial metal rubber, second radial rubber, a shell, a base, a buffer seat and a core shaft; the multi-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation system comprises two ormore multi-degree-of-freedom vibration isolators, a transfer bracket, a multi-angle installation bracket and an additional angle adjusting block; and the stiffness of the axial and radial metal rubberis designed according to the vibration isolation frequency requirements of each degree of freedom of the system. According to the multi-degree-of-freedom vibration isolator and the vibration isolation system, different natural frequencies of each degree of freedom is achieved through different stiffness of the axial and radial metal rubber, and technical basis is provided for further optimizationand design of fix-degree-of-freedom natural frequencies of the vibration isolation system; through the multi-angle installation bracket, the vibration isolation unit and system can meet the requirements that different installation angles can be adjusted, and the adaptability of different application environment is higher; and the multi-degree-of-freedom vibration isolator is simple in structure,less in weight and convenient for manufacture.

    本发明公开了一种多自由度隔振器及隔振系统,所述多自由度隔振器包括密封盖、第一轴向金属橡胶、第一径向金属橡胶、第二轴向金属橡胶、第二径向金属橡胶、外壳、底座、缓冲垫和芯轴;所述多自由度隔振系统包括2只以上多自由度隔振器、转接支架、多角度安装支架和附加角度调整块;所述轴向和径向金属橡胶刚度根据系统各自由度隔振频率要求进行设计。本发明通过轴向和径向金属橡胶刚度不同实现各自由度固有频率不同,为进一步优化设计隔振系统六自由度固有频率提供了技术基础;通过多角度安装支架使隔振单元及系统满足不同安装角度可调整的需求,不同应用环境的适应性更强;所述多自由度隔振器结构简单,质量轻,便于加工制造。
