The invention provides a pre-tactical stage interval management method for four-dimensional flight path operation. The pre-tactical stage interval management method comprises the steps of obtaining aflight plan, a safety interval standard, flight path historical data, high-altitude wind history and prediction data; generating a nominal level, height and airspeed speed profile by using the flightplan and the historical data, fusing the predicted high-altitude wind data to calculate the aircraft to generate a ground speed profile, and generating a flight path prediction result; identifying potential flight conflicts among a plurality of aircrafts based on a safety interval standard and the predicted 4D flight path of the aircraft; using a conflict-free route planning method based on a dynamic grouping strategy, obtaining a conflict-free 4D route set meeting air traffic control operation requirements, and eliminating conflict hidden dangers caused by the fact that interval constraints with other aircrafts are not considered in an initial route. The invention provides a rapid implementation method for aircraft interval management in a pre-tactical stage, and provides technical support for reasonable planning of a flight path, traffic flow interval management, reasonable utilization of airspace resources and the like.

    本发明提供了一种面向四维航迹运行的预战术阶段间隔管理方法,获取航班飞行计划、安全间隔标准、航迹历史数据、高空风历史和预测数据;利用航班飞行计划和历史数据生成标称水平、高度和空速速度剖面,并融合预测的高空风数据对航空器的计算生成地速剖面,生成航迹预测结果;基于安全间隔标准和预测的航空器4D航迹识别多航空器之间的潜在飞行冲突,采用基于动态分组策略的无冲突航迹规划方法,获得符合空管运行要求的无冲突4D航迹集,消除初始航迹中因未考虑与其它航空器的间隔约束而造成的冲突隐患。本发明为预战术阶段的航空器间隔管理提供了一种快速实现方法,为合理规划航迹、交通流间隔管理以及空域资源合理利用等方面提供技术支持。
