The invention discloses a galvanic pile heat dissipation system and method for a hydrogen energy automobile, and belongs to the technical field. The system comprises a heat exchange system, a heat dissipation system and a spraying system, the heat exchange system comprises a liquid cooling pipeline passing through the fuel cell, and a heat exchanger and a heat transfer device through with the liquid cooling pipeline passes; the heat dissipation system comprises one of a compressor or a two-phase pump, a refrigerant pipeline and a radiator through which the refrigerant pipeline passes, a heat dissipation fan is arranged on the radiator, and the vaporization spraying system comprises a galvanic pile drainage collecting device, a spraying pipe and a spray head arranged at the output end of the spraying pipe. Water produced by reaction of the fuel cell is collected and sprayed to the radiator, so that the phase change evaporative cooling function is achieved, and the purpose of efficient heat dissipation is achieved. Meanwhile, the drained water is heated and vaporized by utilizing the heat of the radiator, so that the pavement can be effectively prevented from being slippery, the normal working range of the fuel cell is ensured, the electricity conversion efficiency of the fuel cell is improved, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种用于氢能源汽车的电堆散热系统及其方法,属于技术领域。本发明包含换热系统,散热系统和喷淋系统,换热系统包括通过燃料电池的液冷管路以及液冷管路通过的换热器及传热装置;散热系统包括压缩机或两相泵的一种,以及冷媒管路和该冷媒管路通过的散热器,散热器上带有散热风扇,汽化喷淋系统包括电堆排水收集装置、喷淋管,在喷淋管输出端安装的喷头。本发明通过收集燃料电池反应生产的水喷洒到散热器上,实现相变蒸发冷却的功能,从而达到高效散热的目的。同时,利用散热器的热量对排水进行加热汽化处理,能有效的防止路面湿滑,保证燃料电池在正常的工作范围,提高燃料电池电转化效率,延长使用寿命。
