According to the heat dissipation structure of the new energy automobile charging pile, cooling liquid is introduced into the spirally-arranged cooling fins, the heat exchange area of the cooling liquid and heat is increased, the radiator is rotationally arranged, so that the radiator can make contact with external air blown by the air inlet barrel in all directions, heat dissipation dead angles are avoided, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved. 本发明提供了新能源汽车充电桩的散热结构,包括进风筒、排风筒以及散热装置,进风筒设置于充电桩壳体的下部一侧;排风筒设置于充电桩壳体的上部、且位于与进风筒相对的一侧;散热装置包括连接于充电模块上方的导热座以及转动连接于导热座上方的散热器,散热器位于进风筒的出风侧,散热器具有螺旋状设置的散热片,散热片内设有供冷却液流通的中空腔。本发明提供的新能源汽车充电桩的散热结构,通过向呈螺旋状设置的散热片内通入冷却液,增加了冷却液与热量的换热面积,散热器的转动设置,使散热器的各个方向均能与进风筒吹送的外界风接触,避免出现散热死角,有效地提高了散热器的散热能力,有助于延长充电模块的使用寿命。
