The invention provides an integrated fuel cell hydrogen energy automobile galvanic pile suspension system which comprises a left suspension support assembly, a right suspension support assembly and a rear suspension assembly, the rear suspension assembly comprises a rear suspension support and a rear suspension support, the rear suspension support is connected to an automobile body, and the rear suspension support is connected with the rear suspension support and the rear side of a galvanic pile; the left suspension support assembly and the right suspension support assembly are symmetrically arranged and have the same structure, the left suspension support assembly comprises a left rubber bushing and a left suspension support arm, the left rubber bushing is connected to a vehicle body, and the left suspension support arm is connected with the left rubber bushing and the left side of a galvanic pile. The suspension system has the beneficial effects that the left suspension support assembly, the right suspension support assembly and the rear suspension support assembly of the suspension system are internally provided with the left rubber main spring, the right rubber main spring and the rear rubber main spring which are made of rubber materials correspondingly, and the left rubber main spring, the right rubber main spring and the rear rubber main spring can buffer impact force transmitted to a hydrogen energy automobile galvanic pile by an automobile body; therefore, a vibration isolation limiting effect is achieved on an electric pile of the hydrogen energy automobile.

    本发明提供一种集成式燃料电池氢能汽车电堆悬置系统,包括左悬置支座总成、右悬置支座总成和后悬置总成,后悬置总成包括后悬置支架和后悬置支座,后悬置支架连接车身上,后悬置支座连接后悬置支架和电堆后侧;左悬置支座总成和右悬置支座总成对称设置,且二者结构相同,其中,左悬置支座总成包括左橡胶衬套和左悬置支臂,左橡胶衬套连接于车身上,左悬置支臂连接左橡胶衬套和电堆左侧。本发明的有益效果为:该悬置系统的左、右悬置支座总成和后悬置支座总成内分别设有橡胶材质的左、右橡胶主簧和后橡胶主簧,左、右橡胶主簧和后橡胶主簧均可缓冲车身传递给氢能汽车电堆的冲击力,从而对氢能汽车的电堆起到隔振限位作用。
