The invention relates to an environment-friendly bottom filtration water granulated slag surface height detection method and belongs to the technical field of blast furnace ironmaking control. According to the technical schemes, an optimal speed which appears when a depth by which a grab bucket enters a material surface is equal to length difference, a motor torque which appears when the grab bucket descends at the optimal speed in a no-load state, and a motor torque change rate which appears after the grab bucket enters water granulated slag are obtained through testing; and a slag surface height is obtained through the operation of a PLC program function block FB3000. With the method adopted, during the automatic slag grabbing operation of an unmanned crown block, the program block is called, and known quantities in the program block are compared with on-site real-time data for calculation; on the basis that cost is greatly reduced, slag surface height detection precision is guaranteed, automatic slag grabbing continuous operation of the unmanned crown block is achieved, and the normal production of a blast furnace is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种环保底滤水渣渣面高度检测方法,属于高炉炼铁控制技术领域。技术方案是:通过测试得到抓斗进入料面深度与长度差相等时的最佳速度、抓斗空载以最佳速度下降时的电机转矩、抓斗抓斗进入水渣后电机转矩变化率,通过PLC程序功能块FB3000的运算得到渣面高度。本发明的有益效果是:在无人天车自动抓渣作业时,调用程序块,并同现场实时数据进行比较计算,在大大降低成本的基础上,保证渣面高度检测精度,以实现无人天车自动抓渣连续作业,确保高炉正常生产。
