The invention discloses a suspension-steering combined mechanism suitable for a wall-climbing robot, and belongs to the field of mechanical design and manufacture. The suspension-steering combined mechanism comprises a steering claw, a cross beam connecting piece, a piston, an upper spring, a lower spring, a stop member, a sleeve, bolts, a chassis and a limiting block; the sleeve is fixed with thechassis; the stop component is connected with the top of the sleeve; the piston is formed by connecting a first piston section and a second piston section, the first piston section is connected withthe steering claw and the cross beam connecting piece, and the second piston section is located in the sleeve; the second piston section is movably connected with the limiting block, the limiting block penetrates out of a hole in the side wall of the sleeve, and the upper spring is arranged on the outer wall of the sleeve and located above the limiting block. The suspension-steering mechanism is applied to the field of wall-climbing robots, hidden dangers of impact and wall surface falling caused by falling of the robot body on the wheel train in the posture changing process are avoided, the wheel train provided with the suspension-steering mechanism has independent steering capacity, and the wall-climbing robot can safely and flexibly work on a curved wall surface.

    本发明公开了一种适用于爬壁机器人的悬挂‑转向联合机构,属于机械设计制造领域,该悬挂‑转向联合机构包括:转向爪、横梁连接件、活塞、上弹簧、下弹簧、止动构件、套筒、螺栓、底盘和限位块;套筒与底盘固定,止动构件与套筒的顶部连接;活塞由第一活塞段和第二活塞段连接构成,第一活塞段与转向爪、横梁连接件连接,第二活塞段位于套筒内;第二活塞段与限位块活动连接,限位块穿出套筒侧壁的孔洞,上弹簧设置于套筒外壁上,位于限位块上方。将本发明用于爬壁机器人领域,避免姿态变换过程中轮系所受机器人主体下落带来的冲击和跌落壁面的隐患,并使得装备该悬挂‑转向机构的轮系具有独立的转向能力,使爬壁机器人在曲面壁面安全、灵活地作业。
