The rudder plate structure comprises a rudder plate, mounting parts, a connecting shaft and a steering rod; the number of the mounting parts is at least one group, one group of mounting parts comprises two mounting parts, namely an upper mounting part and a lower mounting part, and the upper mounting part and the lower mountingpart are correspondingly arranged and used for being fixedly connected with the pneumatic ship; the connecting shaft penetrates through the rudder plate, and two ends of the connecting shaft are rotatably connected with the mounting parts; and one end of the steering rod is connected with the rudder plate, and the other end of the steering rod is connected with a power structure. The connecting shaft vertically penetrates through the rudder plate, so the coaxial rotation of the rudder plate between the upper mounting part and the lower mounting part is achieved, the connecting shaft penetrating through the rudder plate is convenient to install, it is guaranteed that the rudder plate is concentric up and down in the rotating process, the rudder plate is prevented from inclining due to different up-down rotating amounts of the rudder plate in the machining process, the structural strength of the rudder plate and the rigidity of the whole machine are effectively improved, and the steering efficiency of the pneumatic ship is improved.
本申请涉及一种气动船舵板结构,包括舵板、安装部、连接轴、及转向杆;安装部数量至少一组,一组安装部包含两个安装部,分别为上安装部和下安装部,上安装部和下安装部对应设置用于固定连接气动船;连接轴贯穿舵板,且两端分别与安装部可转动连接;转向杆一端与舵板连接,另一端连接动力结构。通过将连接轴竖直贯穿舵板,使舵板在上、下两安装部之间实现同轴转动,贯穿舵板的连接轴便于安装,保证舵板在转动时上下同心,避免在加工时舵板上下旋转量不同导致舵板倾斜,有效提升了舵板的结构强度与整机刚性,提高气动船的转向效率。
