The invention relates to the technical field of ship manufacturing, and particularly discloses a ship rudder system structure and a ship rudder system structure assembling method. The structure comprises a rudder blade, a rudder sleeve, a rudder stock and two sealing plates, the rudder blade is provided with a slotting face and two opposite working faces, a notch groove is formed in the slotting face in a concave mode, the notch groove is communicated with two avoiding half grooves, the two avoiding half grooves are communicated with the two working faces respectively, a plurality of lug plates are evenly distributed at the ends, away from the notch groove, of the avoiding half grooves at intervals, and first through holes are formed in the lug plates in a penetrating mode. Each sealing plate is installed in the corresponding receding half groove, and a second through hole is formed in the edge of each sealing plate in a penetrating mode. The bolts with the holes penetrate through the second through holes and are in threaded connection with the first through holes, bolt through holes penetrate through bolt heads of the bolts with the holes, tough wires penetrate through the bolt through holes, and every two adjacent bolts with the holes are fixedly connected through the tough wires; the rudder sleeve is inserted into the notch groove; the rudder stock penetrates through the rudder sleeve and the positioning pipe in the notch groove. According to the structure, the connecting mode of the sealing plate and the rudder blade is improved, and the disassembly and assembly difficulty of the sealing plate is reduced.

    本发明涉及船舶制造技术领域,具体公开了船舶舵系结构及船舶舵系结构组装方法。该结构包括舵叶、舵套筒、舵杆和两个封板;舵叶具有开槽面和相对的两个工作面,开槽面凹设有缺口槽,缺口槽连通有两个避让半槽,两个避让半槽分别与两个工作面相连通,避让半槽背离缺口槽一端间隔均布有若干耳板,耳板上贯通有第一通孔;每个封板均安装于一个避让半槽内,封板的边缘贯通有第二通孔;带孔螺栓穿过第二通孔并螺接于第一通孔,带孔螺栓螺头贯通有螺栓通孔,螺栓通孔内穿设有韧性丝,相邻的两个带孔螺栓通过韧性丝固定连接;舵套筒插设于缺口槽内;舵杆穿过舵套筒和缺口槽内的定位管。该结构改善了封板与舵叶的连接方式,降低了封板的拆装难度。
