The invention discloses a teaching skeleton robot, which comprises two upper limb mechanical arms and two lower limb mechanical arms, wherein a rotating disc is hinged between the two lower limb mechanical arms, each lower limb mechanical arm comprises a first mechanical arm hinged to one side of the rotating disc, the extending end of each first mechanical arm is hinged to a second mechanical arm, the extending end of each second mechanical arm body is hinged to a third mechanical arm, and the extending end of each third mechanical arm is hinged to a mechanical shoe; and the upper limb mechanical arm comprises a fourth mechanical arm, the extending end of the fourth mechanical arm is hinged to a fifth mechanical arm, and the extending end of the fifth mechanical arm is hinged to a mechanical claw matched with the hand length of a human body.
