The invention provides a robot distance acquisition system. The system comprises: a depth acquisition module for acquiring a three-dimensional depth image in a measurement range; a radar scanner for collecting continuous to-be-identified obstacle information in the measurement range and obtaining a radar scanning image according to the to-be-identified obstacle information; a combination module for establishing a point cloud image in a measurement range according to the three-dimensional depth image and the radar scanning image; a recognition module for recognizing the to-be-recognized obstacle information in the point cloud image to obtain obstacle information; a positioning module for collecting position information of the robot; and a distance acquisition module respectively connected with the identification module and the positioning module, wherein the distance acquisition module comprises a distance sensor and is used for acquiring the driving distance between the automobile andeach piece of obstacle information according to the position information. The system has the beneficial effects that the driving distance between the automobile and each piece of obstacle informationis calculated in real time, so that collision between the automobile and the obstacle is avoided.
本发明提供一种机器人距离采集系统,包括:深度采集模块,采集测量范围内的立体深度图像;雷达扫描仪,采集测量范围内连续的待识别障碍物信息,并根据待识别障碍物信息得到雷达扫描图像;组合模块,根据立体深度图像和雷达扫描图像建立测量范围内的点云图像;识别模块,对点云图像中的待识别障碍物信息进行识别,以得到障碍物信息;定位模块,用于采集机器人的位置信息;距离采集模块,分别与识别模块和定位模块连接,包括距离传感器,用于根据位置信息获取汽车与每个障碍物信息之间的行驶距离。本发明的有益效果在于:实时计算得到汽车与每个障碍物信息之间的行驶距离,从而避免汽车和障碍物发生碰撞。
