The invention provides a forklift and a speed control method of the forklift. The speed control method of the forklift comprises the step of controlling a reference speed according to the difference between an actual speed of the forklift and the reference speed in the process of changing the running speed of the forklift from a current running speed to a target running speed. The tracking error between the actual speed and the reference speed of the forklift can be reduced or avoided, and the poor driving experience of the forklift in the acceleration or deceleration process is improved.

    本发明提供了一种叉车和叉车的速度控制方法。所述叉车的速度控制方法包括:在叉车的运行速度由当前运行速度变化至目标运行速度的过程中,根据所述叉车的实际速度与参考速度的差异,对所述参考速度进行控制。本发明能够降低或避免叉车实际速度和参考速度之间的跟踪误差,提高叉车在加速或减速过程中的驾驶体验不佳。
