The invention provides a production method of a shielding layer conducting film for an anti-dazzling rear-view mirror. The shielding layer conducting film comprises a shielding film layer, wherein theshielding film layer is composed of a reflecting layer, an insulating layer and a conducting layer which are sequentially distributed from inward to outward, and the reflecting layer, the insulatinglayer and the conducting layer are sequentially connected to form a conducting film integrated structure with the reflectivity of 40-45%. The production method of the shielding film comprises the specific steps that the reflecting layer with the reflectivity of 40-45% is plated on the back edge of glass sheets in a magnetron sputtering mode; the insulating layer is plated on the back surface of the reflecting layer in a magnetron sputtering mode; and the conducting layer is plated on the back surface of an insulating film in a magnetron sputtering mode. The production method of the shielding layer conducting film for the anti-dazzling rear-view mirror has the advantages that stable transition of the mirror reflectivity of the glass sheets of the anti-dazzling rear-view mirror can be kept,and vision is comfortable and not abrupt; and meanwhile, the penetration rate of the shielding film layer is low, and the action of shielding sealants is achieved.
一种用于防眩目后视镜的遮挡层导电膜制作方法,包括遮挡膜层,遮挡膜层由从内向外依次排列的反射层、绝缘层和导电层组成,所述反射层、绝缘层和导电层依次连接成为反射率为40~45%的导电膜整体结构,遮挡膜的具体镀制步骤依次为:在玻璃片的背面边缘上磁控溅射镀制一圈反射率为40~45%的反射层;在反射层的背面磁控溅射镀制上一层绝缘层;再在绝缘膜的背面上磁控溅射镀制上一层导电层。本发明的优点在于:能保持汽车防眩目后视镜的玻璃片镜面反射率平稳过渡,视觉舒适不突兀;同时遮挡膜层的透过率低,起到遮挡密封胶的作用。
