The invention provides anti-dazzling mirror production equipment. The anti-dazzling mirror production equipment comprises a vacuumizing part, a liquid supply part, a filling part, a recycling part and a gas supply part, the filling part comprises a liquid injection groove, and the liquid injection groove is used for inserting a to-be-injected piece of the anti-dazzling mirror; the gas supply part is connected with the liquid injection tank through a pipeline, after the anti-dazzling electro-liquid is injected into a piece to be injected, the gas supply part injects nitrogen into the liquid injection tank to prevent the anti-dazzling electro-liquid from being oxidized by oxygen in air, and under the pressure intensity of the nitrogen, the residual anti-dazzling electro-liquid flows into the recovery part through the pipeline to be fully recovered. The anti-dazzling electro-liquid is high in price, the recycled anti-dazzling electro-liquid can be reused, and compared with an existing production technology, the anti-dazzling electro-liquid is wasted, and the production cost is saved through the technical scheme. The liquid injection gap can be formed between the bottom of the liquid injection groove and the liquid injection cavity, compared with the prior art, less anti-dazzling liquid is left by adopting the liquid injection gap structure, and waste of the anti-dazzling liquid can be further reduced.

    本申请提供一种防眩目镜生产设备,包括抽真空部、液体供给部、填充部、回收部以及气体供给部;所述填充部包括注液槽,所述注液槽用于插入防眩目镜的待注液件;气体供给部通过管道与注液槽连接,待将防眩目电液注入待注液件完成后,所述气体供给部向注液槽中注入氮气,防止防眩目电液被空气中的氧气氧化,在氮气的压强下使残余防眩目电液通过管道流入所述回收部被充分回收,防眩目电液价格昂贵,回收后的防眩目电液能被再次利用,相比于已有生产技术防眩目电液的浪费,本申请的技术方案节约了生产成本。本申请实施例提供的注液槽底部能与所述注液腔之间形成注液缝隙,相比于现有技术,采用注液缝隙结构残留的防眩目电液更少,能进一步减少防眩目液的浪费。
