The invention discloses a new energy automobile charger voltage modulation circuit and a power supply noise elimination method. A triode Q8 in the switch voltage transformation module obtains a voltage value greater than a voltage value set by a collector end through a base end so as to realize a switch voltage transformation effect; a transistor Q4 in the constant current control module controls the output current to be constant, and a capacitor C6 is used for keeping the stability of the output voltage; a diode D6 in the anti-reverse connection module has unilateral conductivity, circuit conduction can be achieved only when the voltage of the positive electrode end is larger than that of the negative electrode end, and a transistor Q7 controls reverse-connection voltageto adjust the direction of output voltage; a triode Q6 in the power supply polarity identification module controls the correct direction of the polarity of the output power supply according to the reverse connection positive and negative voltage values; a photoelectric coupler U1 in the photoelectric coupling impedance module increases an external voltage and a capacitor C11 provides storage voltage, so that the anti-interference performance is improved.
