The invention discloses a new energy automobile DC charger output regulation and control circuit and a power supply protection control method. The circuit comprises a first filtering module, a voltageregulating module, a second filtering module, an over-current protection module, a resonance circuit module and a voltage stabilization constant-current output control module. An inductor L1 and a capacitor C1 in the first filtering module form a filtering circuit, and ripples in rectified output voltage are filtered out. A pin 1 of a variable resistor RV2 is moved in the voltage regulating module to change the resistance value of the resistor so as to reduce the passing voltage. An inductor L3 and an inductor L4 in the second filtering module are used for screening and filtering the adjustedelectric signals. A resistor R9 in the overcurrent protection module absorbs the electric energy stored in the capacitor C10 to prevent overlarge discharge current. A triode Q2 in the resonance circuit module controls voltage conduction to increase resonance impedance so as to realize voltage gain. A bidirectional silicon controlled rectifier U4 in the voltage stabilization constant current output control module receives an electric signal output by a charger through a pin 1 to realize voltage conduction so as to protect and control an output power supply.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车DC充电机输出调控电路及电源保护控制方法,包括:第一滤波模块、调压模块、第二滤波模块、过流保护模块、谐振回路模块、稳压恒流输出控制模块,所述第一滤波模块中电感L1和电容C1组成滤波电路,滤除整流输出电压中的波纹;所述调压模块中移动可变电阻器RV2引脚1改变电阻阻值将通过的电压进行降低;所述第二滤波模块中电感L3和电感L4对调节后的电信号进行筛选过滤;所述过流保护模块中电阻R9吸收电容C10储存的电能,防止放电电流过大;所述谐振回路模块中三极管Q2控制电压导通增大谐振阻抗实现电压增益;所述稳压恒流输出控制模块中双向可控硅U4通过引脚1接收充电机输出的电信号实现电压的导通,保护控制输出的电源。
