The invention relates to a high-power-density electric automobile vehicle-mounted charger circuit which comprises an input EMI filtering module, a front-stage PFC converter, a rear-stage LLC converter, a signal sampling and control circuit and an auxiliary power supply circuit. Aiming at the electromagnetic interference challenge caused by the improvement of the switching frequency of the charger, the method comprises the following steps of: firstly, detecting the instant that the voltages of six half-bridge arms in a front-stage PFC (Power Factor Correction) converter and a rear-stage LLC (Logical Link Control) converter rapidly change, comprehensively judging whether the EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) of the charger exceeds a set threshold value or not, and adjusting the time delay between the switching step edges of output nodes of the six half-bridge arms; and therefore, the EMI peak value is reduced. And secondly, a gate driving circuit in the signal sampling and control circuit uses a CMTI filtering module, so that the anti-electromagnetic interference capability is improved. The scheme of the invention can be widely applied to various charger power supply systems.

    本发明涉及一种高功率密度电动汽车车载充电机电路,包括输入EMI滤波模块、前级PFC变换器、后级LLC变换器、信号采样及控制电路和辅助电源电路。本发明针对充电机开关频率提高带来的电磁干扰挑战,首先对前级PFC变换器和后级LLC变换器内的6个半桥臂电压快速变化的瞬间进行检测,综合判断充电机的EMI干扰是否超出设定的阈值,并调整6个半桥臂输出节点开关阶跃边沿之间的延时,从而降低EMI峰值。其次,信号采样及控制电路内的栅驱动电路使用了CMTI滤波模块提高了抗电磁干扰能力。本发明的方案可广泛应用于各类充电机电源系统中。
