The invention relates to an apparatus for controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle to be automatically disassembled in the flight process, and concretely relates to an automatic disassembling apparatusof the unmanned aerial vehicle. The invention aims to solve the problem that potential safety hazards can be generated when an existing unmanned aerial vehicle flies at a low altitude. The apparatus particularly comprises a plurality of electromagnetic connecting devices and a control system; each electromagnetic connecting device comprises a lock body and a connecting screw, each lock body comprises a first elastic device, a second elastic device, a bolt and an electromagnet; a locking groove is formed in the periphery of the side wall of each connecting screw, and when the connecting screwsare inserted into screw insertion channels, the first elastic devices and the second elastic devices are extruded at the same time, so that the second elastic devices push the other ends of plug pinsto be clamped into the locking grooves; the electromagnets are electrified to generate magnetic force after receiving an electromagnet working signal sent by the control system; and the control systemis used for generating electromagnet working signals according to decomposition disassembling instruction and sending the electromagnet working signals to the electromagnets in the corresponding electromagnetic connecting devices, and when the electromagnets work, the plug pins are attracted to extrude the second elastic devices to leave the locking grooves.
