The invention discloses an automatic spacer dismounting and mounting method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle and relates to the field of high-voltage power transmission and distribution. The method comprises the following steps that the unmanned aerial vehicle obtains the position information of the unmanned aerial vehicle through an ultrasonic sensor, a barometer, a GPS module and other sensors carried by the unmanned aerial vehicle, and hovers at a preset position; the unmanned aerial vehicle carries an automatic spacer dismounting and mounting module, an electricity testing module is adopted at a preset position to detect whether a high-voltage cable is powered off or not, and it is guaranteed that a new spacer is mounted after the high-voltage cable is powered off; and the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for repositioning, a visual detection algorithm is adopted, the types and the accurate positions of old spacer parts are detected, data are transmitted to the automatic spacer replacement control module, and disassembly operation of the old spacer is carried out, the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for carrying the automatic spacer disassembly and assembly module, and high-altitude operation of an operator is not needed; the spacer can be automatically disassembled and assembled through the remote control terminal, so safety of operators is ensured, and the operable space is more flexible.

    本发明公开了一种基于无人机的自动拆装间隔棒方法,涉及高压输配电领域,包括以下步骤:无人机通过携带的超声波传感器、气压计、GPS模块等传感器,来获知自身的位置信息,在预设的位置上进行悬停;无人机搭载自动拆装间隔棒模块,在预设的位置上采用验电模块检验高压线缆是否断电,保证断电后再进行新间隔棒的安装操作;无人机重新定位,采用视觉检测算法,检测旧间隔棒零件的种类和精确位置,将数据传送给自动更换间隔棒控制模块,进行旧间隔棒的拆卸操作,本发明采用无人机搭载自动拆装间隔棒模块,无需操作人员高空操作,可通过远程操控终端来辅助间隔棒的自动拆装,保证了操作人员的安全性,可操作空间更灵活。
