The invention provides a vehicle speed control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: driving state information, surrounding target information and external sending information of a vehicle are acquired; fusion processing is carried out on the driving state information, the surrounding target information and the external sending information toobtain model input parameters; the model input parameters are inputted into a vehicle speed control model, and speed control state parameters of the vehicle are calculated and outputted; and the speed of the vehicle is adjusted in real time according to the speed control state parameter. The method is used for automatically controlling the vehicle speed and improving the automatic driving safety.
