The invention discloses an automatic forming machine for an intelligent pantograph carbon slide plate carbon strip. The automatic forming machine comprises a bottom plate, wherein supporting rods arefixedly connected to the four corners of the bottom face of the bottom plate; a supporting plate is arranged below the bottom face of the bottom plate, wherein a rotating motor is arranged at one endof the top face of the supporting plate; rotating columns are rotationally connected to the two ends of the top face of the bottom plate, wherein the bottom face of one rotating column is fixedly connected with a motor shaft of the rotating motor, and the other rotating column is in transmission connection with the rotating motor; one side of the top face of each rotating column is fixedly connected with a bending wheel, and the middle of the top face of each rotating column is rotationally connected with a bending plate; a top plate is arranged above the top face of the bottom plate, whereina second electric push rod is slidably arranged in the middle of the bottom face of the top plate, the movable end of the second electric push rod is fixedly connected with a limiting box, clamping plates are spirally connected to the two ends of the bottom face of the limiting box; and limiting plates are slidably arranged in the middles of the top faces of the two sides of the bottom plate, wherein one side face of each limiting plate is fixedly connected with a first electric push rod. The automatic forming machine for the intelligent pantograph carbon slide plate carbon strip has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy and convenient to operate, and capable of effectively improving the machining efficiency.

    本发明公开了用于智能受电弓碳滑板碳条的自动成型机,包括底板,底板底面四角均固接有支撑杆,底板底面下方设有支撑板,支撑板顶面一端设有转动电机,底板顶面两端均转动连接有转动柱,其中一根转动柱底面与转动电机的电机轴固接,另一根转动柱与转动电机传动连接,每根转动柱顶面一侧均固接有折弯轮,每根转动柱顶面中部均转动连接有折弯板,底板顶面上方设有顶板,顶板底面中部滑动设有第二电动推杆,第二电动推杆活动端固接有限位盒,限位盒底面两端均螺旋连接有夹板,底板两侧顶面中部均滑动设有限位板,每块限位板一侧面均固接有第一电动推杆。本发明结构简单、操作简便,有效的提高了加工效率。
