The invention relates to an intelligent repairing system for a carbon slide plate of a pantograph, which comprises a control host, two robot arms, a repairing table top and an image acquisition device; the two robot arms are respectively arranged at the periphery of the repairing table top; the repairing table top is provided with a clamp assembly used for clamping the carbon slide plate; the image acquisition device is arranged above the repairing table top; one robot arm is provided with a laser scanning restorer, and the other robot arm is provided with a laser flaw detection scanner and a three-dimensional scanning assembly; and the control host is in circuit connection with the two robot arms, the image acquisition device, the laser scanning restorer, the laser flaw detection scanner and the three-dimensional scanning assembly. The system has the advantages that the carbon slide plate is spatially positioned by using image acquisition and laser scanning, and a proper repairing scheme is matched according to a scanning flaw detection result, so that intelligent efficient repairing is realized, the vehicle maintenance efficiency is improved, the vehicle maintenance cost is reduced, and the enterprise revenue is indirectly improved.

    本发明涉及一种受电弓的碳滑板智能修复系统,包括控制主机、两台机器人手臂、修复台面和图像采集装置,两台机器人手臂分别设置于修复台面周边,修复台面上设有用于夹装碳滑板的夹具组件,图像采集装置置于修复台面的上方,其中一台机器人手臂上设有激光扫描修复器,另外一台机器人手臂上设有激光探伤扫描器和三维扫描组件,控制主机分别与两台机器人手臂、图像采集装置、激光扫描修复器、激光探伤扫描器和三维扫描组件线路连接。优点:利用图像采集和激光扫描对碳滑板空间定位,并且根据扫描探伤的结果匹配合适修复方案,实现智能化的高效修复,不仅提高车辆检修效率,降低车辆维保成本,还间接提升企业效益。
