The invention discloses a preparation method of a metal-impregnated carbon strip for a pantograph metal-impregnated carbon slide plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials; the raw materials are mixed, kneaded, rolled and ball-milled to prepare pre-pressed powder; carrying out mold pressing and cold isostatic pressing re-pressing on the pre-pressed powder to obtain a carbon strip green body; roasting the carbon strip green body to obtain a carbon strip; and carrying out vacuum air pressure copper infiltration on the carbon strip to prepare the metal-impregnated carbon strip. The MAX-phase ceramic with good conductivity, high mechanical property and excellent friction performance is adopted to modify the carbon strip, so that the hardness and the strength of the carbon strip are improved, and the resistivity of the carbon strip is reduced; the carbon strip is subjected to compression molding by adopting mold pressing and cold isostatic pressing re-pressing instead of traditional extrusion, so that an isotropic tissue structure and a finer tissue grain size of the carbon strip are obtained; by adopting a vacuum air pressure infiltration method, uniform and sufficient infiltration of copper in the carbon strip is promoted, and more optimized copper phase texture distribution is obtained.

    本发明公开了一种受电弓浸金属碳滑板用浸金属碳条的制备方法,包括:配制原料;对所述原料进行混捏、辊压、球磨而制得预压粉;对所述预压粉进行模压和冷等静压复压而制得碳条生坯;对所述碳条生坯进行焙烧而制得碳条;对所述碳条进行真空气压熔渗铜而制得浸金属碳条。本发明通过采用导电性能好、力学性能高、摩擦性能优的MAX相陶瓷对碳条进行改性,提高了碳条硬度和强度,降低了碳条电阻率;通过采用模压和冷等静压复压替代传统挤压对碳条进行压制成型,获得了碳条各向同性的组织结构和更细化的组织晶粒度;通过采用真空气压熔渗法,促进了铜在碳条中的均匀、充分浸渗,获得了更优化的铜相纹理分布。
