The all-steel tire sidewall rubbercomprises the following components by weight: 40-65 parts of natural rubber, 35-60 parts of butadiene rubber, 40-60 parts of carbon black, 2-5 parts of tackifying resin, 2-8 parts of filling oil, 0.5-5 parts of zinc oxide, 0.1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-3.5 parts of an anti-aging agent 4020, 0.5-3 parts of an anti-aging agent FR, 0.5-2 parts of B-type microcrystalline wax, 0.5-2 parts of an accelerant and 1-3 parts of sulfur powder. According to the invention, the generation of VOC and peculiar smell gas in the production process of the rubber tire is reduced; a new scheme is provided for designing the novel environment-friendly tire sidewall rubber; and the use amount of the traditional scorch retarder CTP is reduced.
