The invention discloses a novel built-in type bearing frame, a novel full-automatic climbing system and a climbing method thereof. The bearing frame comprises at least two layers of restraining mechanisms capable of restraining a tower crane. The restraining mechanisms comprise bearing beams and horizontal web members. A plurality of vertical web members and diagonal web members are connected between the two adjacent layers of the restraining mechanisms. The horizontal web members, the vertical web members, the diagonal web members and the bearing beams are all in rigid connection. Lifting frames are connected to the bearing beams of the different layers of the restraining mechanisms. According to the climbing method, two of the bearing frames and a lifting device are adopted for achievingfull-automatic climbing of the tower crane along the insides of super high-rise building structures. By adoption of the novel built-in type bearing frame, the novel full-automatic climbing system andthe climbing method thereof, full-automatic climbing is realized, efficiency is high, and the influence on the construction progress of constructional engineering is small; and personnel operationalsafety is improved.

    本发明公开了一种内置式新型支承架、新型全自动爬升系统及其爬升方法,其支承架包括至少两层能够约束塔式起重机的约束机构,约束结构包括支承梁和水平腹杆,相邻两层约束结构之间连接有若干竖向腹杆和斜腹杆,所述水平腹杆、竖向腹杆、斜腹杆与支承梁之间均采用刚性连接;顶升框分别连接在不同层约束机构的支承梁上。其爬升方法是利用两个支承架和一套顶升装置来实现塔式起重机沿超高层建筑结构内部全自动爬升。本发明实现了全自动爬升,效率高,对建筑工程施工进度的影响很小;提高了人员操作安全性。
