The invention discloses a scissors fork type expansion device for a suspended trolley. The scissors fork type expansion device comprises a mounting base. A driving component is fixedly connected to the mounting base. The driving component is rotatably provided with driving shafts. The driving shafts are connected with driving arms. The free ends of the driving arms are hinged to scissors fork assemblies. The driving shafts rotate to drive the driving arms to swing. The driving arms drive the scissors fork assemblies to stretch and retract. The driving component comprises a lead screw assemblyand a motor. The driving shafts are fixedly connected with the swing arms. The driving component of the scissors fork type expansion device is realized by combining the motor and the lead screw assembly. The motor drives a lead screw to do linear reciprocating motion, drives the swing arms to swing through linear motion of a lead screw nut and then drives scissors forks to stretch and retract. Thelead screw assembly can obtain larger torque than direct driving of the motor. The scissors fork type expansion device can carry heavier objects. Moreover, compared with a reduction motor, a servo motor or and oil hydraulic and other power components, the scissors fork type expansion device is small in size, and the requirement of the suspended trolley for the running environment is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于悬挂小车的剪刀叉伸缩装置,包括安装座,驱动部件固定连接于安装座,驱动部件设有可转动的驱动轴,驱动轴固定连接有驱动臂,驱动臂的自由端与剪刀叉组件铰接,通过驱动轴的转动带动驱动臂摆动,驱动臂带动剪刀叉组件伸缩;驱动部件包括丝杆组件和电机,驱动轴固定连接有摆动臂。本发明的驱动部件采用电机和丝杆组件组合的方式完成,电机驱动丝杆直线往复运动,再通过丝杆螺母的直线运动驱动摆动臂摆动,进而驱动剪刀叉的伸缩,丝杆组件能够获得比直接用电机驱动更大的扭矩,能够运载更重的物品,并且相对于减速电机、伺服电机或油缸等动力部件,其体积也较小,降低悬挂小车的运行环境需求。
