The invention discloses a scissors fork type lifting device which comprises a chassis, hydraulic cylinders, protective walls, anti-inclination devices, upper mechanical limiting parts, lower mechanical limiting parts, a scissors fork lifting mechanism, a safety grating, a hydraulic unit, a lower-layer control device, an upper-layer control device and a frame type lifting box. The scissors fork lifting mechanism is provided with multiple layers of scissors fork assemblies. Each scissors fork assembly is composed of rigid rods. The scissors fork type lifting device can be used between two or among multiple adjacent floors. The lower mechanical limiting parts are installed on the front side and the rear side of the chassis. When the frame type lifting box descends to the bottom, the tops of the lower mechanical limiting parts abut against a frame of the frame type lifting box. The safety grating is installed on the same sides of the lower mechanical limiting parts, namely the outlet side of the frame type lifting box. The scissors fork type lifting device is simple in structure, the mechanical limiting parts and electric control limiting parts are installed, and therefore the safety coefficient is increased. The stability of the frame type lifting box can be guaranteed through the anti-inclination devices, the frame type lifting box is prevented from shaking, and the scissors fork type lifting device is ideal goods conveying equipment which is economical and practical and used between low floors for replacing an elevator.
