The invention discloses a road intelligent parking device and system based on millimeter wave radar detection. The device comprises a radar module, a camera, a communication module and a pile body, the radar module is used for detecting the state of a road parking space, the radar module triggers the camera to photograph a vehicle when detecting that the vehicle is driven in, parked stably and driven away so as to acquire license plate number image data of the vehicle, and meanwhile, the radar module records absolute time for triggering photographing; and the communication module uploads the license plate number image data and the absolute time for triggering photographing. The cost of the pile body and the aesthetic property of the public road are greatly reduced, the motion behavior of the vehicle body can be well captured, vehicles which only pass through and do not occupy parking spaces can be discriminated, bicycles and pedestrians can be distinguished according to the point cloud, the effective order rate can be greatly improved, intelligence is realized in the true sense, and the operation pressure of a server is reduced.

    本发明公开一种基于毫米波雷达探测的道路智能停车设备和系统。该设备包括:雷达模组、摄像头、通信模块和桩体,雷达模组用以探测道路车位状态,雷达模组探测到车辆驶入、车辆停稳和车辆驶离时分别触发摄像头对车辆进行拍照,以采集车辆的车牌号码图像数据,同时,雷达模组记录触发拍照的绝对时间;通信模块将车牌号码图像数据和触发拍照的绝对时间上传。本发明大大降低了桩体的成本和公共道路美观性,可以很好地捕捉到车体的运动行为,可甄别只是经过并未占用车位的车辆,并且可根据点云区分出自行车和行人,可大大提高有效订单率,真正意义上实现了智能,减小服务器的运算压力。
