The invention provides a locking device for battery replacement. The locking device comprises a clamping lock body for locking a battery lock shaft, the clamping lock body comprises a lock base and aspring bolt. The lock base is fixed on a vehicle body frame to form a fixed support; the spring bolt is pivoted in the lock base; one end of the spring bolt extends to form a connecting end connectedwith a locking or unlocking driving force. The lock base is provided with an opening, and one end of the spring bolt protrudes to form a first limiting part. The battery lock shaft can enter the lockbase along the opening; when the spring bolt body is in a locked state, the spring bolt and the lock base form a clamping area of the battery lock shaft, and the first limiting part is used for limiting the battery lock shaft from moving out of the lock base. The invention further relates to a locking and unlocking device and an electric vehicle. The locking device is ingenious in design and reasonable in structure; connection between the new energy vehicle battery and the vehicle body is achieved through an efficient and reliable locking structure mechanism, the unlocking mode is simple and reliable, the requirement for rapid battery replacement of the new energy vehicle is met, and application and popularization are facilitated.
