The invention discloses an anti-collision control device for boom cranes. The anti-collision control device comprises a stand-alone control system, a central control system and a wireless communication module. The invention further discloses an anti-collision control method for the boom cranes. The method comprises the following steps that GPS data is uploaded to a stand-alone controller, the stand-alone controller reads a GPS message, extracts longitude, latitude and altitude, and sends the longitude, latitude and altitude to the central control system through the wireless communication module; the central control system calculates the position relation between the two boom cranes, and if the distance between the two boom cranes is smaller than the sum of the boom lengths of the two boomcranes, it is judged that the two boom cranes interfere with each other; the central control system transmits data which interfere with each other to the corresponding stand-alone control system; andthe central control system is connected with a display and alarm module through the communication module, and the display and alarm module displays the operation states and parameters of all the boomcranes. The device has the characteristics of rapidness, simplicity, convenience and practicability, and can be widely applied to the field of engineering machinery.

    本发明公开了一种臂架式起重机防碰撞控制装置,包括单机控制系统、中央控制系统、以及无线通信模块;本发明还公开了一种臂架式起重机防碰撞控制方法,过程如下:将GPS数据上传到单机控制器,单机控制器读取GPS报文,提取经度、纬度和海拔高度,通过无线通信模块发送给中央控制系统,中央控制系统计算两台臂架式起重机之间的位置关系,如果两台臂架式起重机的距离小于它们臂架长度之和,则判定两者互为干涉;中央控制系统将互为干涉的数据传输给对应的单机控制系统;中央控制系统通过通信模块与显示和报警模块连接,显示和报警模块显示所有臂架式起重机的运行状态和参数。本发明具有快速简便、方便实用的特点,可以广泛应用于工程机械领域。
