The invention relates to the technical field of tower crane construction, in particular to an anti-collision method for tower cranes and anti-collision equipment thereof. The positions of the outer ends of booms of the tower cranes are acquired in real time through position acquisition equipment, collision analysis is carried out on any two tower cranes through a processor, and the analysis resultis fed back to a processing terminal. Compared with the prior art, a combined structure is simple and feasible, and is easy to mount and dismount. The anti-collision method for the tower cranes and the anti-collision equipment thereof have the advantages that the position information is acquired through the position acquisition equipment, data is processed through the processor, feedback is carried out through the processing terminal, the whole anti-collision method is well organized, the anti-collision method which is simple and convenient in operation and fast in processing is realized through the creative design of a data processing method, the specific collision condition and position between the tower cranes can be accurately judged, the operation of the tower cranes can be adjustedinstantly and effectively, and the occurrence of safety accidents is prevented.

    本发明涉及塔式起重机施工技术领域,具体来说是一种塔式起重机的防碰撞方法及其防碰撞设备,通过位置采集设备实时采集塔式起重机的塔臂外端的位置,并通过处理器对任意两个塔式起重机进行碰撞解析,并返回解析结果至处理终端。本发明同现有技术相比,组合结构简单可行,易于安装与拆卸,其优点在于:通过位置采集设备获取位置信息、通过处理器进行数据处理并通过处理终端进行反馈,整个防碰撞方法条理清晰,通过对数据处理方法的独创性设计,实现了运算简便、处理快捷的防碰撞方法,并且能精确判断塔式起重机之间的具体碰撞情况和位置,有助于防止即时有效地对塔式起重机的运作进行调整,并防止安全事故的发生。
