The embodiment of the invention provides a turnover device. The turnover device is used for assisting a steel structure main girder in being turned over. The turnover device is a blocky body, a clampgroove is formed in the upper portion of the blocky body, the clamp groove is matched with the shape of an edge flange plate of the steel structure main girder and can be buckled to the edge flange plate, and the bottom of the blocky body is an arc face. During use, the turnover device is firstly buckled and distributed on the edge flange plate of the steel structure main girder through the clampgroove, the rotating moment is formed through the arc face of the bottom of the turnover device, the steel structure main girder is assisted in being smoothly transferred to the other side from one side of the edge flange plate to bear force, and then the steel structure main girder is put down by a travelling crane to be turned over. By means of the turnover device, the manpower and material resources can be saved, production efficiency is improved, product quality is guaranteed, safety factors are improved, and better economic benefits are obtained; and by means of the turnover device, the structure is extremely simple, manufacturing and use are extremely convenient, cost is low, the effect is extremely good, and the turnover device has popularization and application value.

    本发明实施例提供一种翻身器,用以辅助钢结构大板梁的翻身;所述翻身器为一块状体,块状体的上部开设有与钢结构大板梁的边翼缘板外形相匹配、且能卡扣在边翼缘板上的卡槽,块状体的底部为圆弧面。使用时,首先通过卡槽将翻身器卡扣并散布在钢结构大板梁的边翼缘板上,然后,通过行车吊起钢结构大板梁,利用翻身器底部的圆弧面形成转动力矩,辅助钢结构大板梁平滑顺利地从边翼缘板的一侧受力转移到另一侧受力,再让行车放下钢结构大板梁完成其翻身。利用本发明可节省人力物力,提高生产效率,保证产品质量,提高安全系数,获得更好的经济效益;本发明结构极其简单,制作和使用极为方便、成本低廉,但效果极好,极具推广应用价值。
