The invention discloses a turnover device which comprises two rotating mechanisms arranged oppositely, and each rotating mechanism comprises a portal frame, a supporting piece arranged on the portal frame, a first driving piece installed on the supporting piece, a turnover piece in driving connection with the first driving piece and clamping pieces arranged at the two ends of the turnover piece. The two clamping pieces are used for clamping longitudinal beams on the two sides of one end of the bottom plate. The first driving part is used for driving the overturning part to rotate around the center of the overturning part by 180 degrees so as to overturn the bottom plate. According to the overturning device, the function of overturning the bottom plate of the steel structure box is achieved, the efficiency of overturning the bottom plate is improved, and the phenomenon that the bottom plate is deformed due to uneven stress in the overturning process is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种翻转装置,该翻转装置包括两相对设置的旋转机构,旋转机构均包括龙门架、设于龙门架的支撑件、安装于支撑件上的第一驱动件、与第一驱动件驱动连接的翻转件及设于翻转件两端的夹紧件,两夹紧件用于夹紧底板一端的两侧纵梁;第一驱动件用于驱动翻转件绕其中心旋转180°,以翻转底板。本发明提供了一种翻转装置,实现了翻转钢结构箱的底板的功能,提高了翻转底板的效率,并避免了底板在翻转过程中因受力不均匀而产生变形。
