The invention discloses a corrugated structure-based nested sliding type flexible composite material skin. The corrugated structure-based nested sliding type flexible composite material skin is composed of a composite material corrugated plate, composite material fork-shaped nested plates and an elastomer layer. The connection relations of the composite material corrugated plate, the composite material fork-shaped nested plates and the elastomer layer are as follows: the middles of the composite material fork-shaped nested plates are bonded to the horizontal cementing faces of the composite material corrugated plate; each composite material fork-shaped nested plate is formed by bonding three layers of composite material thin plates in a staggered mode; the composite material fork-shaped nested plates on continuous wave crests are connected end to end; and the elastomer layer is tightly attached to the composite material fork-shaped nested plates. The characteristic that the composite corrugated plate has large rigidity in a corrugated direction and the characteristic that the composite material fork-shaped nested plates have large out-of-plane rigidity are combined, and therefore,a large deformation function can be achieved, out-of-plane aerodynamic loads can be resisted. The corrugated structure-based nested sliding type flexible composite material skin has the advantages ofsimple structure and low weight. The flexible skin scheme for a morphing wing is practical and feasible.

    一种基于波纹结构的嵌套滑动式柔性复合材料蒙皮,由复合材料波纹板、复合材料叉状嵌套板和弹性体层组成。其连接关系如下:复合材料叉状嵌套板中部粘接在复合材料波纹板的水平胶结面上,复合材料叉状嵌套板由三层复合材料薄板交错粘接而成,连续波峰上的复合材料叉状嵌套板首尾相连,弹性体层紧密贴合在复合材料叉状嵌套板上。本发明将复合材料波纹板在波纹方向上具有大刚度和复合材料叉状嵌套板具有大面外刚度的特点结合起来,能够实现大变形功能,且能抵抗面外气动载荷,具有结构简单和重量轻的有点,是一种实用可行的变体机翼柔性蒙皮方案。
