A flexible skin based on a dot matrix corrugated structure is composed of the dot matrix corrugated structure and an elastomer layer. The connection relation is as follows: the corrugated plates are ingeniously arrayed to obtain the dot matrix corrugated structure, the corrugated plates in the dot matrix corrugated structure are oppositely connected in pairs through troughs, the corrugated units and the corrugated plates are connected through the connecting rods, and the surface of the dot matrix corrugated structure is covered with the elastic body layer. The characteristic of anisotropy of the corrugated structure is utilized, the corrugated structure is ingeniously applied to the flexible skin, the skin can bear out-of-plane aerodynamic loads and keep a smooth aerodynamic surface while having large deformation capacity, and the flexible skin has the advantages of being simple in structure and light in weight and is a practical and feasible variant wing flexible skin scheme.

    一种基于点阵波纹结构的柔性蒙皮,由点阵波纹结构、弹性体层组成。其连接关系如下:将波纹板巧妙阵列得到点阵波纹结构,点阵波纹结构内部波纹板两两相对通过波谷连接,利用连接杆连接各波纹单元与波纹板,在点阵波纹结构表面覆盖弹性体层。本发明利用波纹结构各向异性的特性,巧妙用于柔性蒙皮,使蒙皮具备大变形能力的同时,能够承载面外气动载荷并保持光滑气动表面,具备结构简单、重量轻的优点,是一种实用可行的变体机翼柔性蒙皮方案。
