The invention relates to a layout method and structure suitable for a subway operation engineering vehicle power system, a vehicle frame is used as a carrier, and all parts of the power system are fixed on the vehicle frame; and an internal combustion engine introduces power from the upper part of the frame to the lower part of the frame through the hydraulic torque converter to ensure the workingangle of the transmission shaft; a hydraulic power generation device is arranged on the frame, power of the internal combustion engine is transmitted to the reduction gearbox through the rear end ofthe hydraulic torque converter, the output rotating speed is adjusted to the required range of the hydraulic power generation device during operation walking, and power generation is achieved throughthe hydraulic power generation device. Under the working condition of high-speed running, the clutch in front of the reduction gearbox disconnects the hydraulic power generation device, the power of the hydraulic torque converter directly reaches a vehicle wheel set, and the high-speed running power requirement is met; and, under the working condition, the clutch is closed, and the requirements for low-speed walking and power utilization operation are met. According to the invention, an integrated modular form of a hydraulic driving and driving generator transmission system is adopted for layout of a subway operation engineering vehicle power system, the integration level and the modularization are high, and the maintenance is convenient and extensible.

    本发明涉及一种适用于地铁作业工程车辆动力系统布局方法及布局结构,以车架为载体,动力系统所有部件均固定在车架上;内燃机通过液力变矩器将动力由车架之上引至车架之下,保证传动轴工作角度;液力发电装置布局于车架上,由液力变矩器后端将内燃机动力传递至减速箱,在作业走行时将输出转速调节至液力发电装置需求范围,通过液力发电装置实现发电;在高速走行工况下,减速箱前的离合器将液力发电装置断开,液力变矩器功率直接到达车辆轮对,实现高速走行功率需求;作业工况下,离合器闭合,实现低速走行及用电作业需求。本发明采用以液力驱动与驱动发电机传动系统的集成模块化形式为地铁作业工程车辆动力系统布局,集成度、模块化较高,维修便利,可扩展。
