The invention relates to a hydraulic generator set layout method suitable for a subway operation engineering vehicle and related equipment. The hydraulic generator set layout method comprises the steps that an internal combustion engine of a locomotive is arranged on a vehicle frame, power is converted from a gear pump to a hydraulic oil source through a transfer case or a power take-off port, andit is guaranteed that a motor drives a generator to work; a hydraulic generator set device is arranged at any position of a vehicle and is powered by a hydraulic pump; under the working condition, the working rotating speed of a diesel engine of the locomotive is free and is not limited to 1500 rpm, and the power of the engine is fully utilized. According to the hydraulic generator set arranged through the method, the device integration degree and modularization are high, maintenance is convenient, the device expandability is high, integration is convenient, and batch compression cost is easily formed; and the mounting space of the whole vehicle can be compressed to the maximum extent, so that the whole power device is more compact in layout, and hydraulic generator sets with different powers and different protection levels can be arranged according to the power requirement of the whole vehicle.

    本发明涉及一种适用于地铁作业工程车辆液压发电机组布局方法及相关设备,所述液压发电机组布局方法包括:本机车的内燃机安装于车架之上,通过分动箱或取力口将动力由齿轮泵转换为液压油源,保证马达驱动发电机工作;所述液压发电机组装置布局于车辆任意位置,由液压泵提供动力;在该工况下,本机车的柴油机工作转速自由,不局限于1500rpm,充分利用发动机自身功率。采用该方法布局的液压发电机组,其装置集成度、模块化较高,维修便利,装置可扩展性较强,统型便利容易形成批量压缩成本;可最大化压缩整车的安装空间,使整套动力装置布局更加紧凑;可根据整车功率需求,布置不同功率、不同防护等级的液压发电机组。
