The invention provides an electric vehicle distributed charging and discharging control method. The method sequentially comprises the following steps of: A, setting a plurality of sub-control areas, and configuring an intermediate operator and a plurality of chargers in each sub-control area; B, formulating a virtual price model by the intermediate operator, and sending a virtual price signal obtained according to the virtual price model to an electric vehicle user in the sub-control area where the intermediate operator is located; C, optimizing the charging and discharging power of the electric vehicle user according to the virtual price signal to obtain a charging and discharging optimization model, and controlling the current charging and discharging power by the charger according to the charging and discharging optimization model; and D, feeding back the current charging and discharging power to an intermediate operator server by a charger controller, returning to the step B, and updating the virtual price signal by the intermediate operator server. Therefore, distributed optimal control is implemented on charging and discharging of the electric vehicle, so that the electric vehicle is reasonably charged and discharged in a off-peak load period, and the network operation performance is improved.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车分布式充放电控制方法,依次包括以下步骤:A、设置多个子控制区域,每个子控制区域内都配置有中间运营商、以及多个充电机;B、中间运营商制定虚拟价格模型、并将根据虚拟价格模型得出的虚拟价格信号发送给该中间运营商所在子控制区域内的电动汽车用户;C、电动汽车用户根据虚拟价格信号优化自身的充放电功率、得到充放电优化模型,充电机根据充放电优化模型控制当前的充放电功率;D、充电机控制器将当前的充放电功率反馈给中间运营商服务器,返回上述步骤B,中间运营商服务器更新虚拟价格信号。因此,本申请通过对电动汽车的充放电实施分布式优化控制,使其在低谷负荷时期进行合理的充放电,提升网络运行性能。
