The invention discloses a walking mechanism and battery replacing equipment comprising the walking mechanism. The walking mechanism comprises a body, at least one supporting wheel and at least one guide wheel, wherein the supporting wheels and the guide wheels are arranged on the body. The walking mechanism is provided with the supporting wheels and the guide wheels, so that the battery replacingequipment can be better supported and driven to walk along a preset track. The battery replacing equipment has the same effect.
