The invention provides a driving wheel assembly and a fire-fighting robot. The driving wheel assembly comprises an elastic wheel, a connecting shaft assembly connected with the elastic wheel and the motor and a wheel end fixing base used for achieving installation between the elastic wheel and the motor, the inner bearing and the outer bearing are arranged between the wheel and the wheel end fixing base in a sleeved mode to play a role similar to a bearing, and direct contact between the elastic wheel and the wheel end fixing base is avoided. The shaft sleeve of the inner bearing sleeve is mounted in the shaft sleeve of the outer bearing sleeve in an interference manner; a shaft sleeve of the inner bearing sleeve is a plurality of independent claw petals separated by a plurality of strip-shaped gaps; through the deformation of the claw petals and the support of the shaft arranged in the inner bearing sleeve; the inner bearing sleeve and the outer bearing sleeve can be tightly mounted and firmly hold the shaft in the inner bearing sleeve; meanwhile, according to the structure, when the driving wheel is impacted, the inner bearing sleeve and the outer bearing sleeve can generate elastic deformation to resist impact force, and therefore the inner bearing sleeve and the outer bearing sleeve achieve impact resistance, torque transmission and simplification of the structure of the driving wheel through the simple structure.

    本公开提供了一种驱动轮组件及消防机器人,驱动轮组件包括弹性轮、连接弹性轮和电机的连接轴组件和用于实现弹性轮与电机之间的安装的轮端固定座,内外轴承套在轮和轮端固定座之间起到了类似轴承的作用,避免了弹性轮和轮端固定座直接接触。而内轴承套的轴套过盈安装在外轴承套的轴套内,且内轴承套的轴套为多个条形缺口分隔开的多个独立爪瓣,而通过爪瓣的变形和安装到内轴承套内的轴的支撑,能够使内外轴承套相互紧密安装并牢牢抱住内轴承套内的轴,这样便可实现驱动轮和轴套间的扭矩传递,同时该结构在驱动轮受到冲击时,内外轴承套可发生弹性变形来抵抗冲击力,这样内外轴承套便通过简易的结构实现了抗冲击、扭矩传递和驱动轮结构的简化。
